Do you ship outside of the United States?

Generally we do not ship outside of the United States but we are always willing to discuss projects with anyone.

 

I just placed an order.  How do I tell you what I would like printed or engraved on it?

Ordering is literally as easy as 1, 2, 3 on ToastyImage.com.  Simply click on the item you would like to purchase, enter the personalized text needed on the item and select a font.  After you add the item to your cart you can personalize another item or check out.

 

Do you charge for layout proofs?

No, layout proofs are free.  We will generally do 2 free layouts before charging a nominal fee for additional layouts.  By default we don’t send proofs for simple orders unless requested by the customer.

 

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Yes, please use the contact form to the right of this page or the live chat window during normal business hours to discuss your project and available discount.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

We are based in Moline, Illinois and charge sales tax on orders shipped within Illinois.

 

Do you share any of my personal information?

No, the only information we use is your name and address for shipping purposes.  We don’t handle any payment information directly on our site.  All payments are handled securely via Paypal.  The site may use cookies for typical browser functions.

 

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders of personalized items generally have a 3-5 business day processing time then ship via USPS First Class or Priority package depending on weight.  Processing and ship times may vary depending on order volume.  Please contact us before your purchase for rush orders.

 

How do you handle out of stock items?

We work very hard to keep our site updated as items become out of stock.  If an order is placed for an out of stock item we will contact you via email within 24 hours to let you know the ETA and give you the option to cancel the order.

 

Do you accept returns?

Because of the custom nature of our products we can not accept returns on personalized items unless there is an error on our part such as a misspelling on engraving.
